The company said it will defend its rights and seek continuity of operations in the interests of employees and other stakeholders.
Vladimir Putin signed a decree transferring the Russian assets of Auchan, Nestle, and Lemana PRO (formerly Leroy Merlin) to temporary management by L.E.V. Management. The same document also included three FM Logistic companies, eight Batilogistic legal entities, and Enzhe Stroy from the NG Concept group.
