3. Public and private information

Your public profile and publications may be visible to others according to your settings. Private messages are available only to conversation participants, subject to lawful access and service safety requirements.

Your Kindness balance is visible to people who can view your profile. Transaction history, payment details and private messages are not public.

4. Service providers and AI

Information may be processed by hosting, security, communications, storage, analytics, and moderation providers only as needed for their services. Automated systems may assist with safety and abuse detection.

Fact-check

When fact-checking is requested, the publication’s title, subtitle and text are sent to OpenAI. This can include non-public publications accessible to the requester. Videos and images are not analyzed.

5. Retention, security, and rights

Support requests

Support stores your message, email, page link, optional screenshot, account or browser-session identifier, and a protected network identifier for abuse prevention. Requests and screenshots are not public; authorized staff can review them. Remove unnecessary personal information before sending. We retain records only as needed for support, security, disputes and legal obligations.
