1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and legally able to accept these Terms. Give accurate account information, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. Do not impersonate others, sell accounts or bypass restrictions. You are responsible for your own conduct, not for unauthorized activity that applicable law does not attribute to you.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, transmit and display it only to operate and improve the service, respecting your audience settings. Our service providers may exercise these permissions only to provide their services. This is not a sale of your content.

Publish only content you have the rights and lawful basis to share, including required permissions from people depicted. You are responsible for your statements and uploads. Deletion ends ordinary display, but copies may remain temporarily in backups, lawful evidence records or copies others already received, subject to applicable law.

3. Conduct and integrity

Illegal content, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, fraud, doxxing, impersonation and coordinated manipulation are prohibited. Adult or sensitive labels are warnings, not permission to break the law or Community Rules. Do not compromise security, harvest private data, bypass access controls or automate abuse.

4. Moderation and complaints

We may restrict distribution, remove content, correct manipulated statistics or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, rule enforcement or legal compliance. A prior approval does not prevent action on new evidence. Use the publication report menu or our Safety contacts to complain; include the content link and reasons when appealing a decision.

Users express their own views; hosting, ranking or fact-checking does not mean we endorse them. We do not promise to review every item before publication. Nothing in these Terms removes our own duties to respond to lawful notices or other obligations imposed by law.

5. Alpha version and availability

anti·ntwrk is an alpha service, provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free operation, preservation of every upload, compatibility with every device, or that every defect will be corrected. Keep copies of important content. Features may change or be suspended for maintenance, security or development.

6. Kindness, payments and reach

Kindness is a virtual service value, not money, a deposit, an investment or a right to cash or prizes. Thanks payments go to the platform operator; authors currently receive Kindness, not money. The price and currency are shown before payment. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain applicable. Contact support with the invoice reference about payment errors.

Kindness and reputation can influence ranking along with relevance, connections, language, freshness and safety. No payment, balance or account guarantees a number of views, income, permanent ranking or future feature. We may correct abusive or erroneous credits, with a way to raise a dispute through support.

Earning and using Kindness

Kindness consists of internal points in the HERO WORLD and anti·ntwrk ecosystem. Users can earn Kindness without making monetary payments by playing HERO WORLD and performing actions provided for in the rules. No purchase or donation is required to earn Kindness this way. Credits are subject to the applicable rules, limits and anti-abuse measures.

Supporting charitable initiatives is voluntary and is not required to participate in the game or earn Kindness. Confirmed payments under eligible programs may also earn Kindness according to the rules shown before payment.

Kindness earned without payment can be used for the same available features as Kindness credited for confirmed support. In particular, you can request fact-checking using Kindness earned in the game without making a monetary payment. Fact-checking still requires Kindness to be reserved and charged according to its terms.

The relationship between a payment amount and the Kindness credited is a points-award rule, not a monetary valuation of Kindness or an obligation to exchange it back. The operator does not exchange Kindness for money or cryptocurrency and does not pay monetary returns merely for holding Kindness.

7. Fact-check

Text fact-checking uses AI and public sources and may be wrong or incomplete. A request reserves 1,000 Kindness; a completed result, including private opinion, is charged. Technical failure releases the reserve. Video and audio are not checked. Results apply to the checked text version and can be corrected by an administrator. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

8. Liability and third parties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits or data. Third-party sites and services have their own terms; we do not control their content or availability. This does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud or other non-excludable misconduct.

Where legally permitted, you are responsible for substantiated third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content or culpable breach of these Terms, to the extent attributable to you. This does not require you to cover our own unlawful conduct or waive mandatory legal protections.

10. Law and changes

California law applies except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. These Terms do not remove consumer protections or access to courts that cannot be waived. 11. Payouts

Payouts start at $50 and are available in USDT on TRON (TRC20) or USDC on Ethereum (ERC20). The project pays the network fee.

Our fixed payout rate is 1 USD = 1 USDT = 1 USDC, regardless of cryptocurrency market prices. Any legally required tax withholding is deducted from the requested amount and shown separately. The project pays the network fee.

Payout requests are processed manually within five business days after submission, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and observed U.S. federal holidays. Deadlines are calculated in Pacific Time and displayed in your local time.
