Management, Andrey Krayushkin, sent a letter to the managers of Auchan and Lemana Pro demanding that purchases, deliveries, and store operations be maintained in their previous mode. Until the completion of registration actions in the legal entities register, he demanded that no major transactions or significant payments be made in his favor, and that the staffing schedule and organizational structure of the companies not be changed.

Vladimir Putin signed a decree transferring the Russian assets of Auchan, Nestle, and Lemana PRO (formerly Leroy Merlin) to temporary management by L.E.V. Management. The same document also included three FM Logistic companies, eight Batilogistic legal entities, and Enzhe Stroy from the NG Concept group.
