In July, Konstantin Sokolov headed the U.S. investment fund TRIPP+, created to finance projects around the TRIPP transit route (Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity) through Armenia. For many years, he was a business partner of Evgeny Tonkacheev, who worked in structures of Oleg Deripaska.
