The 1st Western District Military Court on August 19 sentenced 15-year-old Saikal Vazirova to seven years in a juvenile correctional colony. She was found guilty of an act of terrorism that caused significant property damage in the case of the arson of a Tatneft fuel dispenser in St. Petersburg.
