Academician Buzhilova spoke about hamsters in the Denisovans’ diet

At the «Science 0+» festival, RAS Academician Alexandra Buzhilova stated that the diet of ancient Denisovans included hamsters, bats, and large animals such as bison, wild horses, deer, wolves, foxes, woolly rhinoceroses, and mammoths. According to her, the Denisovans’ diet differed significantly from that of modern humans.
