A 47-year-old Georgian citizen, Teimuraz Gogiashvili, suspected of a double murder with dismemberment in Moscow’s Zhulebino, has been detained in Voronezh Oblast. According to TASS, he confessed to killing the former wife of Moscow restaurateur Mamuka Tsereteli, Elena Tsereteli, and their 19-year-old daughter.
