Montenegro police detained several people in the morning of October 9 in Risan on the shore of the Bay of Kotor, who were connected to the Russian pro-war project «Rybar». According to Montenegrin media reports, among them were the project leader Mikhail Zvinchuk, Valeria Zvinchuk, and three other people.
