Tokayev proposed a complete ban on graffiti in Kazakhstan
On September 19, Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called for a total ban on graffiti. He addressed the akim of Astana, the head of the capital of Kazakhstan’s city administration, demanding tough measures against those who draw on building walls.
