Carlyle exits negotiations to buy Lukoil’s international assets
The American fund Carlyle Group has exited negotiations to buy Lukoil’s international assets, which Reuters values at $20 billion. After that, the only bidder for the assets remains a consortium being assembled by former Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly together with DFC and companies from the Middle East.
