Saint Petersburg will cut payments to large families and spending on resettling communal apartments
The authorities of Saint Petersburg have prepared a draft law under which housing payments for large families will be calculated using reduction coefficients, and the resettlement of communal apartments will be removed from the priorities of budget policy. For families with five or more children, the rules will not change, while for parents of four and three children, payments will be reduced to 80% and 70% of the cost of housing, respectively.
