«Bochkari» asked to transfer Coca-Cola’s Russian business under the management of Vadim Smagin
The Altai beer and lemonade producer «Bochkari», owned by Vadim Smagin, asked Vladimir Putin in mid-October to transfer JSC «Multon» and LLC «Multon Partners» — Coca-Cola’s Russian business — under his management. These assets are valued at nearly 250 billion rubles and until 2022 bottled Coca-Cola brand drinks in Russia.
