In five regions of Russia, 13.575 billion rubles saved thanks to the write-off of debts to the federal budget were directed to expenses related to the war against Ukraine. In Krasnoyarsk Krai, 4.73 billion rubles were spent on such payments — 81% of the funds received by the region under this scheme.
