Inflation in Russia slowed to 0.11% from October 6 to 12 after 0.96% the previous week amid faster tariff increases, according to Rosstat data. Since the beginning of October, prices have risen by 1.01%, and since the beginning of the year — by 6.10%, which is above the lower bound of the Central Bank’s target range of 6–7%.
