The European Union did not speed up the allocation of part of the €90 billion loan to Ukraine, despite Kyiv’s request to send the funds in advance to cover the shortfall in military financing this year. Bloomberg sources say that instead, the EU is proposing that Canada, Norway, and Japan join the financing.
