The FSB, together with the Investigative Committee of Russia, stopped the activities of a local resident in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the FSB Public Relations Center said. According to the agency, he produced fictitious documents about the political persecution of Russian relocants in order to obtain refugee status abroad.
