By the end of 2025, the debt of JSC «BSMZ», linked to St. Petersburg businessman Ilya Traber, to Bank «Saint Petersburg» had risen to almost 7.5 billion rubles. The company directed part of the loans toward developing Traber’s port assets in Ust-Luga and Primorsk.
