Oil is rising by more than 2% on Monday after new Houthi strikes on Saudi Arabia and shelling of ships in the Persian Gulf by Iran. By 09:50 MSK, Brent had risen 2.49% to $107.22 per barrel, and WTI — by 2.6% to $102.65 per barrel.
