Leaders of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland will sign a declaration on the right to referendums
On September 14 in Cardiff, the leaders of Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, John Swinney, Rhun ap Iorwerth, and Michelle O’Neill, will sign a joint declaration demanding that their regions be given the right to hold referendums on independence. The document will also be devoted to economic and energy cooperation and relations with Europe.
