Melnikov spoke about the write-off of $200 million in Gloria Jeans investments in Ukraine
Gloria Jeans founder and CEO Vladimir Melnikov said that the company’s $200 million investments in production in Ukraine were effectively written off in 2014–2023. He also said that over 30 years Gloria Jeans invested about $1 billion in its own sewing production facilities and then gave them up because of a lack of money and resources.
