According to the «School of the Conscript», the Ministry of Internal Affairs denied a 25-year-old Russian man registered in Yakutia the issuance of a foreign passport, citing a travel ban imposed by the military enlistment office. The refusal came two weeks after the application was submitted through «Gosuslugi».
