Parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church in the vast majority of European countries are facing blocked bank accounts and refusals to rent premises for worship services and cultural events, said the special representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry head for international cooperation on ensuring the right to freedom of religion, Mikhail Melekh. He said this to Russian journalists in Geneva.
