Kobyakov stated that capital is flowing out of Russia and called for restarting the investment cycle
Russian presidential adviser Anton Kobyakov said at a press briefing following the Eastern Economic Forum that the country is facing capital outflow. According to him, Russians have not yet been offered sufficiently attractive conditions for investing in the domestic economy.
