German drone manufacturer Quantum Systems gained an early foothold in the U.S. market with support from CIA-linked investor In-Q-Tel, Reuters reported, citing the company’s co-CEO Sven Kruck. According to him, American investors helped the company open doors in Washington and secure orders from the CIA and the FBI.
