Google and Meta challenge ICE requests for data on critics of Trump’s immigration policy
Google and Meta are challenging requests from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for data on users who criticized Donald Trump’s immigration policy. According to The Wall Street Journal, the companies are also delaying responses to some such requests, and Google and Meta have tightened internal review of the requests.
