MOL signed a contract to buy the Russian stake in NIS, Kholoda allowed for the preservation of Russia’s influence
On October 21, the Hungarian conglomerate MOL signed a contract to buy the Russian stake in Serbian NIS, where Gazprom Neft and Gazprom together own 56.1% of the shares. MOL said the same day that there had been no changes in the deal that the conglomerate is required to report to the markets.
