On October 1, Vladimir Putin spoke at the plenary session of the XXIII annual meeting of the Valdai Club. At the opening of the session, moderator Fyodor Lukyanov said that the club’s annual report is called «No Panic», and Putin replied that the pressing problems have not gone away.
