The Guardian: more than 176,000 tons of fuel were shipped from South Korea to Russia in the summer

The British newspaper The Guardian reported that more than 176,000 tons of fuel, mostly diesel, were sent from South Korean ports to Russia in the summer. According to the publication, in July and August seven tankers made 14 voyages, and three of them were under sanctions from the UK and the EU.
