NATO planners said Europe is unprepared for a prolonged war with Russia
At the Munich Security Conference forum, planners working with NATO said that Europe is not yet ready for a prolonged war of attrition with Russia. According to them, because public readiness is weak, NATO will have to base its planning on a shorter conflict scenario, while concerns about hybrid war with Moscow are intensifying debates over new defense coordination in Europe.
