The CEC reported that «United Russia» is receiving 57.82% of the votes on the federal list as of the morning of September 21 after 83.52% of protocols had been processed. The party’s candidates are also leading in 208 single-mandate districts out of 225.

30.8% of Russians consider the elections to the State Duma of the IX convocation, which started on September 18, fair, according to a survey by the ExtremeScan research group. More than half of respondents allow for manipulation of the voting results, and the work of the State Duma of the VIII convocation was more often called harmful.
On September 18, three-day voting began in Russia for the State Duma elections, and 98 of Yabloko’s 135 single-mandate candidates in 42 regions made it onto the ballots. By the start of voting, nearly 30% of the party’s previously registered representatives had been removed through the courts, and in the regional elections Yabloko’s list remained only in Novgorod Oblast.
An anonymous hacker group infiltrated the infrastructure of the CEC and its contractors, including «Tsifrotekh» — a subsidiary of Rostelecom. According to its claim, it obtained access to internal documents, source code, call recordings, and correspondence related to GAS «Elections» 2.0.
