In Europe, at least 52 incidents linked to Russia and Belarus were recorded over six months
From April 1 to October 15, 2026, at least 52 incidents that could be linked to Russia and Belarus were recorded in 17 European countries. Officials linked 48 episodes to Moscow or called them a possible part of its operations, and four more — to Minsk.
