AI helped restore the contents of a encrypted note from Napoleon I Bonaparte to his general Auguste Frédéric Louis Marmont after 217 years. The decoding was carried out by AI engineer Carter Church from the American company SentinelOne using the OpenAI GPT-6 Astra system.

Transluce separately recorded a failed attempt to attack the U.S. Department of Education website, and the department said the review found no impact on the website or databases.
