The Draconids meteor shower on the peak night of October 8–9, 2026 may produce 5 to 15 flashes per hour. The shower is considered the most unpredictable in terms of the number of «shooting stars», TASS was told by Evgeny Burmistrov, an astronomy expert at Perm National Research Polytechnic University.
