The Basmanny District Court of Moscow sentenced blogger Michael Naki in absentia to 5 years in prison under the article on calls for actions against state security. Taking into account the previous sentence under the article on military «fakes», he was ultimately sentenced to 14 years in a general-regime penal colony and banned from administering websites for 5 years.
