Lula signs decree banning online betting in Brazil
Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on Friday signed a provisional decree that bans online betting and online casinos. For it to remain in force, Congress must approve the document within 120 days; the measure was announced a little more than a week before the first round of the presidential election.
