Criminal case opened against former FEI employee in Obninsk, Yevgeny Rozhikhin, for treason
A criminal case for treason has been opened against former senior research fellow at the Physics and Power Engineering Institute (FEI) in Obninsk, Yevgeny Rozhikhin. In September 2025, he was already sentenced to four years in a general-regime penal colony in a case involving the transfer of scientific and technical information to an employee of one of the national laboratories of the United States.
