The Ministry of Finance proposed including income from the sale of apartments in the progressive personal income tax scale
The Ministry of Finance proposed that, starting in 2027, income from the sale of real estate be included in the general tax base and that the progressive personal income tax scale from 13% to 22% be applied to it. The benefit for selling housing after the minimum holding period will remain in place.
