Vladimir Putin signed a decree under which owners of data centers that are not government agencies or state-owned companies must reserve 10% of their capacity and space. These resources can be transferred for temporary use within 24 hours after a decision by a special government commission.

«Yandex» has withdrawn its previously published forecast for revenue and adjusted EBITDA for 2026. The company said this was due to additional external factors after the October attacks on data centers and stated that it may return to publishing forecasts starting next quarter.
