The body temperature of Tyrannosaurus was estimated at 36.3 degrees
An international group of paleontologists from the United States and the United Kingdom has directly estimated the body temperature of the king tyrannosaur (Tyrannosaurus rex) for the first time and obtained 36.3 degrees. This is comparable to the body temperature of modern elephants and large flightless birds, including ostriches.
