The Kremlin did not confirm that Moscow and Kyiv had agreed to an energy ceasefire, as Donald Trump said, and rejected the proposal for a 60-day ceasefire in Ukraine for the sake of elections. Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin speaks of «long-term peace», not a ceasefire.
