Bloomberg: part of the Russian elite fears a new mobilization
Fear of a possible mobilization, which Vladimir Putin is believed to be able to announce after the State Duma elections, has also gripped representatives of the Russian elite. Bloomberg writes that officials in the Kremlin are asking friends and relatives to leave Russia in the coming months and are looking for ways to open bank accounts abroad; according to the agency, recruitment office workers are doing the same.
