The EU spent only €54.3 billion of €300 billion on phasing out Russian oil and gas over four years
The European Union used only one-fifth of the money allocated to phase out Russian oil and gas over four years. Of the €300 billion, EU countries spent €54.3 billion, according to data from the European Court of Auditors.
