On the night of November 1, the Rosstat website was hacked: a Belarusian-language inscription and the logos of the groups «Cyber Partisans BY» and Silent Crow appeared on the agency’s pages. In the morning, the site resumed operation, and Silent Crow said it had gained access to data related to Russia’s military losses in the war against Ukraine.
