Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded Viktor Rashnikov, the main owner and chairman of the board of directors of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, the Order «For Merit to the Fatherland», 1st class. The 78-year-old businessman has now become a full cavalier of this award.
