Typhoon Dujuan in Japan has left at least four dead and 22 injured, and in Chiba prefecture on Tuesday morning 45,000 households were still without electricity. The storm weakened and moved northeast, and Japanese authorities downgraded most warnings for heavy rain and landslides.
