Human rights activists reported two cases of coercion into a contract in Ulyanovsk
In October in Ulyanovsk, human rights activists received two reports of men being coerced into contract service with the Ministry of Defense. According to relatives, in one case a man was forced to sign a contract after a street check, and in the other he was taken to the military enlistment office at night and held there until morning until he signed the documents.
