UN documented 984 cases of sexualized violence in the war against Ukraine, 89% attributed to the Russian side
The UN OHCHR documented 984 cases of sexualized violence related to the full-scale war against Ukraine from February 24, 2022, to July 31, 2026. In the report published on September 18, 89% of these cases — 892 — are attributed to the Russian side.
