The «New People» party included 38-year-old Vitaly Kovalev in the federal list for the State Duma elections. Kovalev is wanted by Interpol as the organizer of a criminal group; earlier he was first included in regional group No. 18, and before the CEC certified the lists in July, he was excluded.
