The 235th Garrison Military Court sentenced former head of the Main Personnel Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, reserve Lieutenant General Yuri Kuznetsov, to 12 years in a high-security penal colony in the case of a bribe in the form of a house and a land plot worth more than 80 million rubles. Entrepreneur Leva Martirosyan received 10 years and 8 months in a high-security penal colony and a fine of 62.6 million rubles.
